Learning & Growing with God
Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Our school made the most of an extra special sporting opportunity on Friday 18th March, by participating in Sport Relief Day 2016.
All of the children came to school dressed in their smart PE kit and enjoyed a mixture of activities in Family Groups - where one child from each class in reception to Year 6 work together. Games, run by Year 6 children and assisted by staff, were held on the playground and common all afternoon.
To end the day, a charity netball challenge was held between parents and staff, watched by the whole school. Follow the link below to read about the day in our local partner publication.
In recent weeks, several classes - including Y3, Y4 and Y6 - have been enjoying interactive sessions with Watford Schools' Trust. These workshops have been exploring the meaning of Easter in fun, creative and alternative ways. Some of the work produced can be found via this link:
One of the highlights of the school calendar - our special Mother's Day event where we invite all the dads and grandads into school to spend quality time with their children and create something special for all those wonderful women we get to call 'Mum'.
